Fees

Individual Therapy: $195

Couples and Family Therapy: $255

Group Therapy: $65

Fees are payable by cash, credit card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or check and are due at end of session. Though I also accept credit card payments, this must be set-up in advance through a secure online payment system, as I do not have the ability to process credit cards in my office.

*Reduced fees are available on a limited basis in cases of financial hardship. Please get in touch to discuss your situation.

Cancellation Policy

A no-show or missed appointment affects three people: first and foremost, you, the client. Secondly, your therapist is also affected, and lastly, another client who could have potentially used your time slot misses an opportunity. Therapy sessions are always scheduled in advance because they are a space in time that is especially reserved for my clients. When a session is cancelled without 24-hours notice, I am unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another person, a client on the wait list, or a client with a clinical emergency. As such, you will be expected to pay for missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice. I appreciate your sensitivity and mindfulness to this policy.

Insurance

I currently do not submit claims to or negotiate with insurance companies. However, therapy and counseling services may be covered in part or in full by your employee benefit plan and/or health insurance provider. Please take the time to verify your coverage by asking the following questions of your insurer:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

If you wish to request that your insurance company reimburse you for psychotherapy services, I will provide you a monthly "superbill" that you may submit to your insurance company.
